About Mrs. Darlington's
The story of Mrs. Darlington's began in 1980 in the English countryside, when Marion Darlington found herself with a surplus of eggs from the family farm. Using her mother's treasured recipe, she began making homemade lemon curd and selling jars to customers along her regular egg delivery route.
What started in a farmhouse kitchen soon grew into a beloved family business. With the help of her husband Tom and daughters Sarah and Wendy, Mrs. Darlington's expanded its collection to include traditional British jams, marmalades, chutneys, and preserves.
