Miki's Ube Purple Yam Extra Fine Grain Powder is 100% pure, selected purple yam, made in the Philippines, with no colors, additives, or preservatives added. They are dehydrated and pulverized into extra-fine grains with a flour texture. It can be easily dissolved in hot water, unlike typical ube powders, which are more grainy and do not dissolve. This extra-fine grain blends more easily; therefore, it is excellent for making cookies, cakes, breads, ice cream, desserts, and for adding flavor to ice cream and other types of pastries. It can be added to coffee for the Ube Coffee drink.
