Miki's Ube Purple Yam Extra Fine Grain Powder is 100% pure, selected purple yam, made in the Philippines, with no colors, additives, or preservatives added. They are dehydrated and pulverized into extra-fine grains with a flour texture. It can be easily dissolved in hot water, unlike typical ube powders, which are more grainy and do not dissolve. This extra-fine grain blends more easily; therefore, it is excellent for making cookies, cakes, breads, ice cream, desserts, as well as a flavor for ice cream and other types of pastries. It can be added to coffee for the Ube Coffee drink.
