The story began in 1853 when Michael Spedding started baking brandy snaps in Batley, Yorkshire, England, selling his creations to local shops, traders, and fairs.
In 1897, his son-in-law, Fred Ellis Fox, took over the bakery and renamed the business F. E. Fox & Co., giving the beloved Fox's biscuit brand its name.
Over the generations, Fox's has become a familiar name in British households, celebrated for its delicious biscuits and commitment to baking quality treats.
