Three Ladies Rice Paper Banh Trang are machine made rice paper formulated for frying. Perfect for Vietnamese Fried Spring Rolls, samosa, etc. Instructions are on the back of the package. It is different wrapper than what is normally used in the typical fried egg rolls.
Now you can make restaurant-quality Vietnamese fried spring rolls at home with these authentic Three Ladies spring-roll rice paper wrappers. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of vinegar to a bowl of water (about 500 ml or 3 cups). Simply soften the rice paper in water mixture for a few seconds, wrap vegetables, herbs, meat, shrimp or rice noodles inside. Deep fry them in oil. Serve fried spring rolls with Vietnamese sweet fish sauce - Nuoc Mam (available in separate listing).
You can also use these wrappers to make Vietnamese fresh spring rolls. No additives or preservatives.
