Lay a single Tapioca Sheet on a flat plate. Wet only the top side of the sheet. (Normal rice paper you would need to wet both sides.) Add vegetables, meat, seafood, rice vermicelli or any other food combination you desire. Fold and roll. Instructions are also on the back of the package.
