Tea Zone Golden Milk Tea is a signature blend of loose tea leaves designed for milk teas and tea lattes.  It's made with Black Tea, Cassia Tora Seeds, and Vanilla Powder.  Packaged and securely sealed in every bag is the bold aroma of amazingly roasted Tea Zone tea leaves harvested from natural tea leaf fields. Tea Zone tea leaves are the best choice in bringing out bold flavors, whether served hot, cold, or mixed with fruit or milk.

Ingredients (brewed pot)

  • 15 qt. of water
  • 4 qt. of ice
  • 1 bag of non-dairy creamer
  • 1 bag of Tea Zone Golden Milk Tea Leaves
  • 1.76 lbs. dark brown sugar
  • 0.66 lbs. (10.5 oz.) raw turbinado sugar


  • 24 qt. stock pot
  • Tea filter
  • Thermometer
  • 2 serving buckets
  • Timer


  1. In a 24 qt. stock pot, add 15 qt. of water and bring to a boil over high heat. Remember to use a lid to reduce the cooking time.
  2. Pour 1 bag of golden milk tea into a serving bucket.
  3. When the temperature reaches boiling point (210° F), pour out 8 qt. of water into a serving bucket with tea leaves.
  4. Cover the serving bucket with a lid and let it sit for 16 minutes.
  5. In a second serving bucket, mix the following: Non-Dairy Creamer 1 bag + Raw Turbinado Sugar 0.66 lbs. (0.3 kg) + Dark Brown Sugar 1.76 lbs (0.8 kg).
  6. When the timer goes off, filter tea by pouring through a tea filter (#Y5020) into the second serving bucket.
  7. Stir well and make sure creamer and sugar dissolve.
  8. Add 4 qt. of ice into the second serving bucket.
  9. Stir well to cool down tea. Skim foam from the top.
  10. Check sweetness level with a sweetness tester (adjustment range: 12 – 22).
