Panettone with mascarpone cream and wood berries, hand wrapped. The Panettone Chiostro di Saronno is produced according to the traditional recipe and criteria, through a slow and natural leavening and all ingredients, from flour to milk, eggs to butter, candied fruit to yeast, are of natural origin strictly fresh and genuine.  Top-quality components, artisan processing and an elegant paper hand wrapped are the features of this delicious panettone.

Made only once a year for the holidays, the traditional recipe for Milanese panettone is produced following strict specifications in a 35-hour-long process using only carefully selected, top-quality ingredients. The raising agent is natural sourdough yeast, making it extra soft and fragrant. The result is a cake with a distinctive tall form and a rich yet delicate flavor.

Ingredients: wheat flour, mascarpone cheese filling cream 14,5% (glucose syrup, water, dextrose, sugar, mascarpone cheese 7% (milk cream, acidity regulator: citric acid), butter, skimmed milk powder, alcohol, flavorings, stabilizers: pectin, preservative: potassium sorbate, coloring agent: titanium dioxide), butter, sugar, eggs, candied wood berries 12% ( current 33%, sugar, strawberries 16%, blackberries 15%, blueberries 13%, acidifying: citric acid), egg yolk, milk, natural yeast (wheat), emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, glucose syrup, flavorings, salt, cocoa butter.
