Samyang Mala Hot Chicken Flavor Ramen features the Chinese Mala sauce which is a spicy and numbing sauce consists of Sichuan peppercorn, chili pepper, and various spices simmered with oil. It is extremely hot. It is stir-fried type of noodle. Simply cook the noddles in boiling water for 5 minutes. Discard some water and leave about 8 spoons of water and add the sauce and seasoning. Add less sauce if you prefer less spicy. Eat with caution!!!!
