Made with premium green tea, this cha soba is fresh and earthy with hints of wheatgrass. It is plant-based, soy-free-, sugar-free, no artificial flavor or color added. It is vegan.
To serve traditionally, once the noodle is cooked, serve hot or cold in broth or seasoned with dashi or kaeshi sauce (soy sauce and mirin base). Other uses include using cooked noodles to create a stunning pasta salad.
