Nouka Black Sesame Paste is created using a time honored method of first selecting the highest quality black sesame seeds, then slowly boiling the seeds followed by a proprietary grinding method which results in a superb paste that is both uniquely fragrant and has a pleasant mouthfeel. It has a very smooth silky thick texture, not a thick paste.
Only 1 simple ingredient is used, black sesame seeds. The flavor is slightly rich, nutty flavor with a hint of toast and a touch of natural sweetness.
Use the Nouka Black Sesame Paste as a filling for mooncakes, sesame balls, add a flavor to pancakes, or cookies, spread it on toast, mix into sauces or drinks, or just enjoy it out of the jar. For extra sweetness, add caster sugar or honey to add a new level of complexity.
