Directions: Pour the Tart Mix into a container, add the butter into cubes and the eggs, mix until the dough is homogeneous. Knock down the pastry between 2 sheets of parchment paper (2-3 mm thick) and leave to rest for about 30 minutes in refrigerator. Cover a 26 cm diameter mold and fill with a jam of your choice, and form a decorative grid on top with the remaining pastry. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (ventilated) or 180°C (static) for about 20-30 minutes.
