WuFuYuan Black Sugar Boba is a quick cooking kind. Although the package suggested about 5 minutes cooking time, we find that it's better to cook them at least 2-3 minutes longer. Don't forget to add sugar of any sweetener of your choice after drained otherwise they are almost flavorless. Leave them covered for additional 5-10 minutes before serving. Only cook what you need. They are best consuming within 5 hours. If you have leftovers, you can put them in a zip-lock bag and microwave them for a few seconds.
