Tamarind is a pod-like fruit that is used in a lot of Thai cooking and Southeast Asian cooking. This Wet Tamarind is made from 100% fresh sour tamarind, nothing added. It's seedless.
To use it just get the desire amount, put it in a small bowl and cover with warm water. Squeeze the wet tamarind with your fingers or spoon until the liquid turns thick paste like. Discard the pulps.
