Pantai Norasingh is a well-known most respectable manufacture for ingredients used in Thai Cuisine. Its Shrimp Brand Fish Sauce is made from 70% anchovy extract from wild anchovies caught in the Pacific Ocean. It's the fish sauce we use in our household. We love it because it's does not smell too fishy like some do. It stored well without losing its flavor over time. Highly recommended!
